Expanding Siemens Mobility's business horizons with SAP S/4HANA

The client decided to integrate a new manufacturing plant in Kragujevac, Serbia, into the ERP landscape. Additionally, an approach for a new SAP ERP solution design was required. Nagarro was chosen as the partner to support Siemens Mobility in this endeavor.
For the integration, Siemens Mobility needed to set up a proof-of-concept (PoC) for a new SAP ERP manufacturing solution based on SAP S/4HANA standards via a Greenfield approach.
 

The SAP S/4HANA PoC system was presented onsite at the customer’s manufacturing location in Kragujevac, Serbia. We covered 80% of all functional requirements for manufacturing light rail cars. The implementation covered the migration of relevant master data from the existing ERP solution while in productive use, and implementing SAP S/4HANA functionality was based on Fiori apps. The entire project was executed in just 100 days.
