The dispute case

The dispute case is the central business object for summarizing all relevant information. It includes all documents (e.g. debit notes, correspondence), links to other SAP objects (e.g.
invoice, delivery bill), the responsibilities within a company (e.g. finance, sales and distribution) and the dispute case history.

The worklist

Our solution provides each agent with a personal worklist. Within this worklist the clarification cases of the clerk are displayed in a summarized form (current worklist, resubmission, escalated, etc.).

The dispute workflow

The clarification workflow can be easily adapted to the specific needs of the company. For example, a special release workflow can be defined for credit memo requests.

Automation of standard tasks
